  • Receive cash from the Branch Operations Supervisor/Manager, manage denominations, and perform cashier/sorting functions.

  • Ensure effective vault management and cash key handling as per SOPs.
  • Process cheques for authorization and disbursement.
  • Count and sort cash as per SBP directives and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle funds transfer and ATM transactions.
  • Address customer requests and ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Balance cash vouchers and post all cash-related transactions.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services.
  • Ensure availability and disbursement of fresh cash.
  • Monitor and report unusual cash flow activities.
  • Ensure ATM replenishment and functionality.
  • Rectify audit findings and ensure Shariah compliance.
